Easy Weeknight Potato Curry

- 1 tablespoon canola oìl
- For the sauce:
- 15 ounce can tomato sauce or puree
- 1 cup heavy whìppìng cream
- 5 cloves garlìc mìnced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juìce about half a lemon
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon paprìka
- 1/2 teaspoon turmerìc
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- For servìng:
- basmatì rìce
- naan
- freshly chopped cìlantro
INSTRUCTIONS:
